Benign: hidrocystoma
syringoma
chondroid syringoma (mixed tumour)
acrospiroma (clear cell hidradenoma)
spiradenoma
Malignant: malignant forms of ‘benign eccrine tumours’
primary mucinous carcinoma (adenocystic)
primary infiltrating signet ring carcinoma
sclerosing sweat duct carcinoma or syringomatous carcinoma
II Pilar tumours (hair follicles)
III Sebaceous tumours
IV Lesions simulating primary adnexal tumours
