1. Describe the findings on AS-OCT (fig 2)

AS-OCT revealed the presence of interface fluid and a thick donor lenticule that was only partly adhering to the posterior surface of the host corneal stroma and appeared larger in size as compared with posterior diameter of the previous corneal graft. A ridge was seen between donor and recipient cornea, identified as the shelf of posterior corneal stroma that was protruding into the AC.
