Mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP) with ocular involvement is part of a spectrum of autoimmune disease, associated with chronic inflammatory changes and mucous membrane blistering.
CASE
A 37-year-old gentleman presented to our clinic with a 3-month history of sore red eyes, treated with topical chloramphenicol for presumed bacterial conjunctivitis.
