Mathur et al1 published an interesting article regarding Mooren's ulcer in children. However, there are a few reservations regarding the diagnosis. Peripheral corneal ulceration/keratitis can be a feature of Mooren's ulcer, Terrien's marginal degeneration, peripheral ulcers associated with rheumatoid arthritis or Wegener's granulomatosis and vitamin A deficiency2 in patients with malabsorption/malnutrition …
