Pedigree for family structures and members’ IDs. Pedigree consisted of five generations of which 14 male members expressed Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy. All participants (V-1, V-2, V-7, V-9, V-14, V-16, VI-9, VI-10, VI-16, VI-17, VI-18, VI-19 and VI-20) received full mtDNA analysis.
