We do appreciate the positive comments about our paper on keratopigmentation techniques1 addressed by doctors Tello and Galvis. Following our study, we confirm that the use of femtosecond lasers provides a new dimension to this technique both for cosmetic and functional purposes.1–3 The micronised mineral pigments that we are using for our experiences are still not commercial.
