Interphotoreceptor retinoid binding protein (IRBP) suppresses clinical and histological responses in IRBP induced experimental autoimmune uveoretinitis (EAU)

Animals were immunised subcutaneously with 100 μg of IRBP w/v complete Freund’s adjuvant. Maximal clinical and histological scores represent the median score derived from separate analysis of all eyes. Median histology scores were derived 16 days after immunisation.
