Prepared strip (Pre-S) containing 1.3 μl of 0.5% fluorescein placed into the inferior fornix 5 minutes after instilling 10 μl of 0.5% fluorescein into inferior fornix of the fellow eye. Schirmer's test read after 5 minutes. No anaesthetic used. A TCR of 1, reflects a concentration of fluorescein of 0.5% at 5 minutes. Log TFI is the natural logarithm
