Association of IL-10−1082 AA with outcome

Outcome
GoodBad
In patients for whom data were available (n = 73) the IL-10−1082AA genotype was more prevalent in those with bad compared to good outcome. When analysed on the basis of IL-10 −1082AA and IFNγ 874, those patients expressing 874T were more likely to have had a bad outcome.
