Case
: A 36-year-old woman was admitted with unilateral papilledema in the left eye. The patient complained of intermittent left-sided headache and pain in the left orbit of 2 months’ duration that was resistent to treatment with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs. Uncorrected visual acuities measured 20/20 in each eye. The pupils were of equal size, and no relative afferent defect was present in either eye. Color visual acuity was tested with Ishihara plates and found to be normal, 15/15 in both
