Zusammenfassung
Der neue Stereotest nach Lang beruht auf einer Kombination der Random-dots nach Julesz und des Zylinderrasterverfahrens nach W. R. Hess. Der große Vorteil besteht darin, dass bei der Untersuchung keine Brille erforderlich ist. Deshalb eignet sich der Test besonders zu Reihenuntersuchungen, in der Pädiatrie, aber auch als Routinetest in der Ophthalmologie.
Summary
The new Lang Stereotest is based on a combination of Julesz' random dots and W. R. Hess's cylindrical screens. The great advantage of this test is that it does not require glasses. It is therefore particularly suitable for screening, in pediatric medicine, and also as a routine ophthalmological test.
