    We read with great interest the study titled as "Comparison of trabeculectomy versus Ex-PRESS: 3-year follow-up" by Gonzalez-Rodriguez et al [1].We congratulate their efforts for conducting the study with a follow up of 3 years, making the results more significant.They concluded that success rates, mean IOP, number of anti-glaucoma medications and final visual acuities were similar between the two groups after 3 years.
