COVER: The microscopic morphology of Ochroconis gallopava, a rare fungal pathogen found on vitreous biopsy in a patient with an endogenous endophthalmitis. Opportunistic infection was acquired after myelosuppression following treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. The species is recognised by its pale, brown, two celled conidia which are produced on narrow cylindrical denticles. (From letter by Bowyer et al, this issue, p 117.)
