    This book purports to bring the reader up to date with all that is known about primary intraocular lymphoma under one cover. Dr Chan is well known for her research and many writings on this topic, but the book also reflects views expressed at a National Institutes of Health meeting on central nervous system and ocular lymphoma held in September 2004.1 The chapters cover topics ranging from history of the disease, epidemiology, clinical and imaging features, pathology, immunology, diagnosis and treatment, to hypotheses on the origin and future of the disease, ending with illustrative case presentations.
