    Abstract

    We describe the case of a 40 year old man who experienced bilateral simultaneous anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy who was diagnosed with Sticky Platelet Syndrome. Our case highlights the importance of taking a through history and performing appropriate investigations in patients with anterior Ischaemic Optic Neuropathy.
