AB  - Four cases of albinism with haemorrhagic diathesis (Hermansky-Pudlak syndrome) are presented. The cases displayed wide phenotypic variation. Electroretinography was performed on all four patients and was found to be normal. One patient developed a cutaneous malignant melanoma.
