AB  - The ingestion of oral fluorescein in 38 consecutive cases 6 to 7 weeks after cataract surgery with and without iris clip lens implantation permitted satisfactory fluorography to detect all cases of clinical cystoid macular oedema. There were no adverse reactions from any test subject.
