He described 4 months of ongoing redness, pain and photophobia in the right eye. Initially, he was treated with topical prednisolone acetate 1% without improvement. Subsequently, homatropine 5% and combined neomycin, polymixin B and dexamethasone drops were prescribed without any relief.
