| (3) Focal or diffuse atrophy of neural rim area involving ⩾2 clock hours | |
| (4) Vertical cup to disc ratio >0.6 | |
| (5) Cup to disc asymmetry between fellow eyes >0.2 | |
| (6) Disc haemorrhage | |
| (7) Baring of circumlinear blood vessels | |
| (8) Focal or generalised atrophy of the RNFL. | |
