Congenital glaucoma: both eyes of the same patient with glaucoma fere absolutum, aphakia and high myopia. Chronic angle closure glaucoma: 2 eyes of 2 patients; the one with 3 filtering surgeries and penetrating keratoplasty because of bulous keratopathy; the other with microphthalmus, status postfiltering surgeries, cataract extraction; and trisomy 21.
