In addition, an unrelated anti-trypanosomal drug, suramin, inhibits RAF and has resulted in SCC and KA as well [20–31]. Interestingly, prior studies of the multikinase inhibitor sorafenib report that SCC occurs in 6–7% of patients at a median time of 6.7 months [32].
